Mike Lepore, Senior Director of Finance
MILSPRAY Military Technologies™ (Lakewood, NJ, http://www.milspray.com) announced that Mike Lepore has been named Senior Director of Finance. Lepore will replace Liz Shivers, who was appointed to Chief Operating Officer. In his new role, Lepore will lead the company’s accounting, financial planning and analysis, government accounting and compliance.
Lepore has twenty-five years of leadership experience in auditing, accounting, and compliance within both government and private industries. Prior to joining MILSPRAY™, he spent the last seven years at a mid-sized government defense contractor holding various financial and compliance positions of increasing responsibility. He successfully led the company through numerous financial and governmental audits, including major business systems. His efforts helped the company achieve and maintain an approved accounting system.
Lepore received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University, Madison, NJ, and is a Certified Public Accountant. He is an active member in both the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (CPAs) and the American Institute of CPAs.
