Rand Drozdowicz, MILSPRAY™ Safety and Security Manager

In support of this commitment, Rand Drozdowicz will transition to the full-time role of Safety and Security Manager for MILSPRAY™ effective immediately reporting to Brian Feser.

Rand has more than 8 years of experience in various positions from manufacturing, safety and business development within the company. In his previous position as a Special Project Manager, he was instrumental in providing logistical support to the US Marine Forces Reserve (MARFORRES) for the maintenance of the MILSPRAY™ Above Ground and Expeditionary Vehicle Wash Systems located nationally and internationally.

He has traveled extensively throughout the world deploying our Scorpion Energy Hunter™ and the Vehicle Wash Systems in support of the US Marine Corps (USMC) African Lion in Agadir, Morocco; Dakar, Senegal; and Port Elizabeth, South Africa. Additionally, he was part of the team that traveled to Andersen Air Force Base in Guam to set-up the first Vehicle Wash System purchased by the US Air Force.

In 2013, he was awarded a patent (#8,496,015) for the co-invention of the company’s first Expeditionary Vehicle Wash System (EVWS) designed and manufactured in 2008. Rand holds numerous certificates from the Occupational Health & Safety Administration (OSHA), the Center for Development of Security Excellence (CDSE) and the National Asbestos & Environmental Training Institute (NAETI)/Environment Protection Agency (EPA) as a Model Lead Paint Supervisor/Contractor of Housing and Public Buildings to mention a few.

As Safety and Security Manager, Rand Drozdowicz will continue his efforts in leading key initiatives to improve our safety and security performance as outlined by federal and state laws and regulations. Rand has executed an integrated approach to workplace safety and security that encompasses education, management accountability and employee engagement.
