It’s #TidbitThursday, did you know that we are taller in the morning than in the evening? This happens because the cartilage in our knees and other areas of our body slowly compress throughout the day with regular activities.
Do not panic! When you go to sleep and rest at night, the cartilage returns to its normal state. On average, we are about 1cm taller in the morning than in the evening.
