MILSPRAY Team Members To Travel To Europe For Corrosion Prevention and Control Application & Assessment
Bob Walters has years of leadership experience in production and quality control. Since joining MILSPRAY in 2009 he has successfully lead teams in the United States, Asia, and in Europe.
In 2014, Bob was promoted to Corrosion Prevention and Control (CPAC) Program Manager and is responsible for teams throughout the United States and Asia. He is a member National Association of Corrosion Engineers (NACE), Harley Owner Group (HOG) and Twin Rivers Corvette Club.

Sheron Schley has almost a decade of leadership experience in management, accountability, tactics, and mentoring in both garrison and combat military situations. Mr. Schley is a Subject Matter Expert in Ballistics and Small Unit Tactics.
Since joining MILSPRAY’s Research and Development division in 2014, he has played a vital role in the development of both energy-dissipative and energy-absorbing Optically Clear Ballistic Resistant Polymer Systems and for the product line expansion and production of the Ballistic Resistant System (BRS™) for police vehicles.
Mr. Schley’s previous experience includes serving in the 82nd Airborne Division, 3rd Brigade, 1st Battalion as a Light Infantry Scout Recon and Sniper Section Leader. He has graduated from numerous military courses including Ranger School, Sniper School, and the Reconnaissance and Surveillance Leaders Course and is a service-connected disabled combat veteran of the U.S. Army.

MILSPRAY’s VP of Integrated Logistics Support, Jon Kalfus to Attend International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) Technical Committee 82 (TC82) Meeting in Tokyo, Japan
Jon Kalfus is MILSPRAY’s Vice President of Integrated Logistics Support. Jon comes from a highly diverse engineering background that includes over 30 years of product ideation and development, project management and team leadership. He previously served as a Director of Product Development at Waltron LLC.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the City College of the City University of New York and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from New York University.
Jon is a voting member of the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) Technical Committee 82 (TC82), and is currently leading the writing of IEC safety standard 62109-3. The IEC is a leading organization for the promulgation of product safety standards and Jon is one of only a handful of U.S. delegates on TC82.
Jon is also a member of the Underwriters Laboratories (UL) Standards Technical Panel (STP) 1741, which covers solar energy power generation equipment.
Jon will be in attendance at the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) Technical Committee 82 (TC82) meeting that will be taking place from May 17, 2015 – May 21, 2015 in Tokyo, Japan.

MILSPRAY announced today that Jeff Callahan has joined the company as Senior Director of Sales, globally. Previously, Callahan was owner of a full service business development firm dedicated to ongoing sales, sales management and leadership development programs to Fortune 1000 companies, small and mid-sized businesses, individual professionals and independent business owners.
Callahan has over 25 years of leadership experience directing sales and marketing initiatives, developing premier corporate alliances and innovating new corporate sales strategies.
Prior to starting his own firm, Callahan served as the Regional Sales Manager for GN ReSound in Bloomington, MN. He was instrumental in negotiating and managing supplier contracts, and led strategic initiatives that resulted in significant increases in revenue with national and regional accounts. It’s Winning with Women Wednesday and we are celebrating National Women’s Health Week here at MILSPRAY.
National Women’s Health Week is an observance led by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office on Women’s Health. The goal is to empower women to make their health a priority. The week also serves as a time to help women understand what steps they can take to improve their health. Earlier this week on May 10, the 16th annual National Women’s Health Week was started and will be celebrated until May 16, 2015.
