MILSPRAY’s President, Liz Shivers, and Program Manager, Sheron Schley, will be attending the Joint EUCOM/AFRICOM Deployment and Distribution Conference (JEADDC) in Stuttgart, Germany, May 21st through May 23rd.
This year’s JEADDC is focused on increasing and improving both relationships and information flow across the European distribution enterprise. Spanning both continents across all stakeholders in hopes of a better understanding of stakeholder operation models, defining shared deployment and distribution opportunities, and to collaboratively seek improved collaboration between DoD, industry and interagency.
Liz Shivers, President
Liz Shivers is the President of MILSPRAY®. Joining MILSPRAY® in 2007, Shivers has held positions of increasing responsibility within the company. She has extensive experience in government contracting, management and the implementation of strategic objectives for the company. Shivers earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with a minor in Finance from Canyon College and a Master Certificate in Government Contract Management from Villanova University.
In here previous role as Chief Operating Officer, Shivers oversaw the day-to-day operating activities of the company with responsibility for the coordination, execution and optimization of internal operations and resources to fulfill the company’s long-term and annual operating plan commitments. She was responsible for focusing on the maintenance of customer satisfaction, project portfolio performance, the effective allocation of resources across the organization and overall operational performance.
In her role as CFO and SVP of Operations at MILSPRAY®, Shivers was responsible for the synergy of efforts in the formulation and execution of MILSPRAY’s global strategy. All while overseeing a broad portfolio of services and capabilities for all branches of the U.S. military and various national agencies. These mission critical projects included the management of the company’s mobile corrosion teams in support of the US Marine Corps Corrosion Prevention and Control (CPAC) Program domestically and internationally in Japan, Africa, Romania, Italy and Spain. Under her leadership, MILSPRAY’s operational teams demonstrated exceptional performance within the US Marine Corps CPAC Program, which assisted the company in winning its first multi-year contract with the US Army in 2012 to provide mobile corrosion control services to the US Army National Training Center, Fort Irwin, CA.
Shivers continues to support the management of the company’s diverse portfolio of technologies and resources including the execution of the global operational strategy to include our recent expansion into Guam for the restoration of Aerospace Ground Equipment (AGE) for Andersen Air Force Base; as well as the increase in operational capacity at our regional facility in Lakewood, NJ, to support customers on a global scale.
Sheron Schley, Program Manager
Sheron Schley has almost a decade of leadership experience in management, accountability, tactics, and mentoring in both garrison and combat military situations. Mr. Schley is a Subject Matter Expert in Ballistics and Small Unit Tactics.
Since joining MILSPRAY’s Research and Development division in 2014, he has played a vital role in the development of both energy-dissipative and energy-absorbing Optically Clear Ballistic Resistant Polymer Systems and for the product line expansion and production of the Ballistic Resistant System (BRS™) for police vehicles.
Mr. Schley’s previous experience includes serving in the 82nd Airborne Division, 3rd Brigade, 1st Battalion as a Light Infantry Scout Recon and Sniper Section Leader. He has graduated from numerous military courses including Ranger School, Sniper School, and the Reconnaissance and Surveillance Leaders Course and is a service-connected disabled combat veteran of the U.S. Army.
